Broadly speaking, Dr. Myers has a deep interest in building advanced technology to help people and companies make better decisions.
Specifically, he has developed a deep understanding of the human biases that plague hiring and often result in both inequity for candidates and poor hiring outcomes for companies. Aaron fundamentally believes that AI is the best solution for many of the hiring issues of today, allowing candidates more opportunities and hiring firms the ability to quickly evaluate talent and hire candidates that become the all-stars for their firms
Dr. Myers has a Ph.D. in Computational Science, Engineering, and Mathematics from the University of Texas
